  • First, mince 200 grams of beef meat properly. Then you should add some amount of spices and seasonings according to your taste, into the minced meat.
  • Make a round patty of the beef and keep it in a freezer for a few minutes.
  • Take a small white onion and cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Put 2 or 3 slices of pickles and keep it with the pieces of onions for a while.
  • Add 3-4 teaspoons of cooking oil to a frying pan and turn on the stove. Pick up the patty from the freezer and cook it in the oil until it becomes brown from every side.
  •  Take out two sesame buns from the packet and warm it on a griddle on lighter heat.
  • Now it’s turn to assemble the ingredients in the burger. First, you should place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the bun.
  • Put the beef patty you just made on this slice of cheese and put the other slice of cheese on its top.
  • Next, layer the pieces of white onion and slices of pickle on the sauce.
  • To complete the burger, put the top half of the bun on all the ingredients and your cheesy quarter pounder is ready.
