Mini Potato Waffles Recipe..

If you want to prepare it at home here is the recipe…

  • First of all grate 2 medium size potatoes.
  • Then take 2 eggs and break it in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Now take a big sized bowl and mix the grated potatoes with 1/4 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder. You can also add some shredded cheese for more yumminess.
  • Then put the eggs (we mixed well before) in the potato mixture and mix every thing well.
  • Now heat a waffle iron and put some oil on it.
  • Then put some of the potato mixture on the waffle iron and spread it out and close the lead.
  • Cook the waffles until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • Now Carefully take the potato waffles out and serve them.
  • You can dip them in ketchup, sour cream, or any sauce of your choice.

I felt to try something new for breakfast. So i ordered mini potato waffles from Mcdonald’s breakfast menu through McDonald’s Delivery App. In 30 mins it was at my door step. I was so exited for it. I opened the packing and the smell was like a wow. These were 3 in numbers and it is value for money. I enjoyed it and i will recommend it to every one to try this item in their breakfast.
