  • Rudely grate the potatoes and onions into a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. The Hashbrown will become crispy by doing this.
  • Now place grated potatoes, chopped onions, egg, flour, salt, and pepper, into a large mixing bowl. Mix them well.
  • To shape the hashbrowns, take a handful of the potato mixture and shape them round like a pattie with a thickness of about ½ inches.
  • You can make them in the traditional round shape of HashBrown or any other shape you prefer.
  • To cook the it, you should put a skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter to the skillet. Once you see the oil or butter is hot, carefully place the hash brown round mixture on the skillet.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side and remove from the skillet until it becomes golden brown and crispy. 
  • Once it is cooked, you should transfer it from the skillet to a plate which is lined with a paper towel, so that it can absorb any excess oil.
  • Now serve the delicious breakfast dish called Hashbrowns.

This is my favorite breakfast dish. When I am not able to order it from the restaurant, I start cooking it at home. But my breakfast is incomplete without this dish. I like the mixture of mouth-watering ingredients that are used in this Hash brown. Furthermore, it is also liked by many people I have seen and they use it as a breakfast dish.
