  • The most important thing in Filet o Fish burger is the fish, so use tasty hooki and pollock fish. Chop the fish into small pieces and add your preferable seasonings and spices.
  • Now make a rectangular patty from the mixed meat and fry it on frying pan adding 3 to 4 spoons of cooking oil.
  • Add some crunchy stuff to the patty to make it look like a breadcrumb.
  • After this put the buns in the oven to warm them and then start adding the ingredients in between the bus.
  • Put a cheddar cheese slice on the button bun, right over your freshly made fish patty with bread crumbs.
  • Apply a layer of tartare sauce on the patty and place the top bun.
