If you want to prepare it at home here is the recipe…

  • First of all take a pot and put mashed black beans, garlic, cooked quinoa, onions, minced mushrooms, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix them well.
  • Now make vegetable based patties of it.
  • Put a pot on medium fire and put some oil in it. When the oil is heated up, put the patties in it and cook them for 4-5 minutes on both sides till they become crisp and brown.
  • As the patties are cooking, you have to toast the sesame bun in a toaster until it becomes slightly brown.
  • Now put some mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the ground bun.
  • Put one patty on the ground bun and put plant based cheese over it.
  • Then put the second patty and then put cut onions on it.
  • Also put some lettuce leaves and a piece of tomato on it.
  • Lastly, cover the burger with the top bun.
