Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin Recipe…

If you want to prepare it at home here is the recipe…

  • First, you should prepare the bacon. For that purpose, heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add 4 bacon slices to the skillet and cook until crispy on each side for 3-4 minutes. Then remove the bacon from the skillet when cooked and place it on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
  • The second step is to cook the eggs. If you have egg rings, take two egg rings, lightly oil them or butter them, and place the eggs in the same skillet. 
  • Crack an egg into each ring, if you like your yolks broken, you can lightly scramble them in the rings. Now put salt and pepper on it.
  • Cook over medium heat until the whites are completely set and the yolks are cooked according to your liking for 2-4 minutes. If you like fully cooked yolks, then cover the skillet with a lid to steam the tops of the eggs. 
  • Now, take an English muffin and split it in half. Lightly add butter to each of them and toast them in a toaster until crispy and golden brown. 
  • Now it’s turn to assemble the sandwich, place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.
  • Next, place an egg over the cheese and add two slices of bacon to each egg. If the bacon doesn’t fit better, you can break it in half.
