  • First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Now you should dip each chicken breast into the eggs you have beaten before, and then coat it with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to process.
  • Put a skillet over medium heat and heat some olive oil in it. Once the oil is heated properly, put the breaded chicken breasts in it and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Now you have to transfer the browned chicken breasts to a baking dish. If desired, spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Now place it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • When it is cooked, remove it from the oven and keep it for a few minutes. You can also garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
