  • First, heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash the chicken legs under cold water and then dry them with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the BBQ sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, and oregano in a small bowl. You can also add honey for a sweeter taste.
  • Put the chicken legs on a baking sheet bound with parchment paper or in a baking dish.
  • Then apply the BBQ sauce that you prefer, on the chicken legs to coat them evenly.
  • Now you have to place the baking dish or sheet containing the chicken legs into the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until the chicken is cook well  and become crispy.
  • Also apply BBQ sauce every 15 minutes during baking.
  • Once you feel the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven.
  • Put the chicken on the bottom bun and If you like, indulge  chicken legend drizzled with BBQ sauce and garnished with a sprinkling of fresh herbs. Put the top bun in last.
